My stay at this resort in Port Antonio was an unforgettable experience, thanks to the beautiful surroundings and attentive service. The rooms were clean and spacious, but the Wi-Fi could be better. The location, right by the Blue Lagoon, is stunning but the steep path to the beach is challenging. Dining was a mixed bag; while breakfast was simple and included, other meal options were pricey in US dollars. Overall, it was a lovely getaway with some room for improvement.

I traveled to Jamaica for a wedding and ended up at this hotel. While the scenery was stunning and the rooms were spacious, my experience was marred by air conditioning issues and a steep location that made walking a challenge, especially with a small child. Dining was also a letdown, with overpriced food that didn't meet expectations. If the hotel better addressed these issues, it could have been a much more enjoyable stay.

The hotel boasts an incredible spot high above the Blue Lagoon, offering stunning views and direct beach access. While the rooms are spacious and well-kept, my experience included some issues that required attention, although the management was accommodating. The dining was exceptional, with personalized meals, yet getting to the Lagoon involved a steep trek, which could be challenging for some. Overall, it has a lot of potential, but there are areas requiring improvement.

Our stay at Tropical Lagoon Resort was a mix of beautiful views and frustrating management issues. The location is stunning, right above a picturesque lagoon, but the service and dining left much to be desired. While our room was clean and spacious, we faced several inconveniences that overshadowed the positives. Overall, it's a place with great potential but needs serious management improvement to match the beautiful surroundings.

Our stay at this resort had both highs and lows. The views are stunning, and the staff was incredibly warm and accommodating. However, the path to the Blue Lagoon was treacherous, making it challenging for some in our group, and this really affected our enjoyment. The pool area was nice, but accessibility could be an issue for some guests.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were spacious and had high ceilings, which made for a pleasant atmosphere. They were a bit musty, which is common in tropical areas, but overall clean.
Service
9.0
All the staff we encountered were exceptionally nice and helpful, going out of their way to meet our requests, especially in the restaurant.
Location
7.0
The location is beautiful, perched on a hill with amazing views of the surrounding area and direct access to the Blue Lagoon, though the steep path can be daunting.
Dining
7.0
The breakfast was decent, though I think it could use some fresh fruit or vegetables. The restaurant staff was accommodating, customizing meals on request.
Facilities
6.0
The small pool was enjoyable and a nice spot to relax, though we found the larger pool inaccessible for some in our party due to its many stairs.
